Technical Data

» The Local Council of Jibou initiated the setting up of an industrial park (IP) for supporting the development of non-polluting local industries. For this IP, the council allocated an area of 22 ha in the south of the town area that is the property of the town. The local administation's right of property upon the above mentioned land is not affected by any requests for retrocession of land under Law 1/2000. This particular piece of land has been chosen because of its favourable position: easy access to transport ways (railroad, main traffic road, facility supply systems for gas, electricity, water) as the IP will be developed, the facilities will be extended as well.
» We predict that those 22 ha of land will be divided into aproximately 100 lots, which will have all the facilities needed for non-polluting industries development.
